We make custom orders on almost every design. We can make the garment by your height and by your own measurements. We can add/remove sleeves, we can make the length longer or shorter, depending on your height. The Custom Orders will be dispatched in 3 working days. Unfortunately the Custom Orders are non refundable due to the personal measurements.

We advise the garments to be washed on gentle cycle in cold water , handwashed or dry cleaned. Please avoid dryer . Low ironing. Iron inside out whenever possible. Always iron delicate fabrics, inside out on a low temperature setting. 

The Handpainted dresses should be handwashed and Ironing inside out .

We dispatch your orders in 1-3 working days. We ship worldwide via Express Shipping. The parcels arrive in 1-4 working days after the dispatch. Please leave your mobile number - it will be used only for the delivery.

If you are not happy with the garment,please contact us once you receive it. We will do our best to make you happy, but please respect our work and our efforts-that's why everythnig you want to know before buying , don't hesitate to ask us.From other side we will do our best to describe everything accurately.The shipping fees are non refundable, because they are already paid to the shipping company. The shipping back is will be paid by the customer.An item shipped back to us should be shipped within 3 days of arrival to your address and in a completely new condition.The item has to be delivered to us in 15 days of the shipping date.Please DO NOT WEAR or wash your item prior to returning it.We will not accept worn,washed,parfumed clothing.
